When we Buy any Livestock we do not get any Guarantee, we
have had to build our business on this Fact. We have had no
one to tell us how to Keep them Alive or what Goes with what
or where. We have had to Learn on our own. Well we have
learned alot after 16 yrs. , we are more successful now Keeping
Fish , Corals , Invertibrates , and Plants than ever before.

So since we get no Guarantee how can we be Expected to
give one. But what we can and will do is give you something
else we did not get, and that is we will tell you how to care
for what you purchase and that can be worth alot more.

Also since I have had Hands on Experience in Hand Picking ,
Handling And Caring for These Animals. I can pretty much look
at a fish or coral and tell if is Healthy and Acting Normal.

I Will Always Pick the Healthiest and Nicest in Stock ,not try to
cut Losses by Shipping the bad and sad or one or two nice and
one bad. I would rather take the loss than Lose the Customer.

I will Not Sell Anything if I even Think there is Something Wrong with
it Unless you are aware of it and Agree and the Price is Reduced.

There will be a 20% Restocking Fee and Shipping and Handling Charge
on All Returned Merchandise, if it is unused and in original Packaging.

Any Returned Merchandise Used or Opened the Return Amount will
have to be at our Discretion. We will Always be Honest and Fair.

All Returns Must have Original Receipt
or Copy of Original Receipt.

All Livestock Trades or Returns are Credit Only , (at our Discretion).

All Livestock will be Held for two weeks, Before Credit can be Given.
